Andy's passion for site development and construction dates back to his childhood, inspired by watching his father, Mike Carmichael. Despite facing challenges like the 2008 recession, Andy, an unwavering entrepreneur, has built a reputation as one of Atlanta's most productive and reliable site contractors. Outside work, he enjoys relaxing and Wake-Surfing on Lake Lanier with friends and family.

From a young age, Drew harbored a passion for the family business, often accompanying his dad to witness the operation of tractors and heavy equipment. Inspired by his father, Drew committed to following in his footsteps, contributing to the business's growth. While pursuing a degree in Construction Management at Southern Polytechnic State University, he began working for the company as a teenager. Since graduating in 2015, Drew has dedicated himself to developing the business, aligning his vision with the founder's, exemplifying his unwavering commitment to the industry and the family legacy.

In 2016, Jake Brineman earned his Construction Management degree from Kennesaw State University. His journey with the company began right after high school, starting as general labor. Demonstrating exceptional dedication and skill, Jake steadily progressed through various roles, eventually taking charge of the entire Grading and Utilities division. As a natural leader, Jake guides and motivates his team, steering them in the right direction. His influential role has been pivotal in driving the exponential growth of the GU Division, showcasing Jake's commitment to personal and professional development within the construction industry.

With over thirty years of accounting expertise, he served as Controller for various construction firms, collaborating with diverse CPA firms. Jimmy's extensive experience and unwavering commitment are invaluable assets, contributing to Carmichael Development's continued excellence and standing in the construction industry.
