Scope of Work (Carmichael Development):
Carmichael Development is serving as the sitework contractor for this project, managing all major earthwork and underground utility operations. Our scope includes mass grading, erosion control, storm drainage, and the installation of water and sewer utilities.

Despite these factors, progress remains on schedule, with mass grading largely complete and utility work continuing to progress.
