Carmichael Development is currently managing the comprehensive site preparation and utility installation. To date, we have installed over 6,300 LF of new water main and are currently finalizing domestic water services for each individual lot.

Stormwater Management

A major component of this project involves a large-scale stormwater network to manage the 112-acre development, including:

  • 7,800 LF of new storm lines.

  • Installation of heavy-duty 54” RCP (Reinforced Concrete Pipe).
