Utility Infrastructure & specialized Systems

We installed a complete underground utility network designed for long-term reliability. A key highlight of this project was the successful navigation of a Low-Pressure Sewer (LPS) system, which required intensive technical coordination.

  • Water: Installation of main lines and domestic services for all 134 units.

  • Storm Water: Comprehensive drainage systems to manage site runoff.

  • Low-Pressure Sewer: Executed specialized LPS installation through close collaboration with county engineers to meet rigorous municipal standards.
