Civil Infrastructure & Site Development

Carmichael Development successfully executed the comprehensive sitework and installation of critical underground utilities. The infrastructure serves all 30 units and includes:

  • Water Systems: Installation of 1,000 linear feet of water main and 30 individual domestic water services.

  • Sanitary Sewer: Installation of approximately 1,500 linear feet of sewer main and 30 sanitary services.

  • Stormwater Management: Full installation of site-specific storm water systems.

Project Status: Final Closeout

The primary scope of work is officially complete. We are currently in the punch-out and closeout phase, finalizing documentation and ensuring all installations meet our rigorous quality standards before final handover.
