The project is currently transitioning into the underground utility installation phase, beginning with the underground pond and stormwater system. Following this work, sewer and domestic water utility installation will commence. Site grading will continue over the coming weeks to prepare for the installation of the storm system within the Right of Way, as the required DOT permit has been secured to proceed with this work.
