Project Details

The WorkFlex project is currently in the sitework phase, with a few final items remaining for installation. This site will eventually house new warehouse and showroom spaces available for purchase, as well as several restaurant spaces within the complex.

Carmichael’s Role

We have been tasked with grading the site and installing the storm, sewer, and domestic and fire-line water utilities that service the new complex.

Current Phase

We are in the sitework phase, with only a few items left to install for the storm and sewer systems.

Challenges

Key challenges for this project included managing material lead times for specific items and navigating a very rapid start after the contract was awarded. We utilized creative sourcing solutions to ensure the correct materials arrived on time and kept the project on schedule.
