The budgeting process was thorough, transparent and competitive. During the design phase, the Carmichael group implemented changes that improved the quality and reduced the cost by over six figures. The communication was clear and consistent throughout the process which made the ups and downs much smoother and all participants were continually aware of where we were in the process; even when there were challenges with sub-contractors or municipalities the issues were communicated promptly along with the solutions forward.
